We cordially invite you to another lecture of the OFFCITY project.

OFFCITY NE-ARCHITECTS

TOMÁŠ CTIBOR

Wednesday, November 30th at 19:00 at Divadlo 29 / Sv. Anežky České 29, Pardubice

The last "offcity ne-architect" this year will be Tomáš Ctibor, a personality from "another world," whom many in the non-profit and cultural sectors do not understand, and perhaps do not even want to understand.

Tomáš Ctibor is a developer and consultant in the field of real estate. In recent years, he has been working for the investment company MEI, where he is responsible for the preparation and implementation of its development projects. Since 2007, he has also been a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and serves as an external lecturer at the urban planning department of the Faculty of Architecture at ČVUT. In 2008, he was admitted as a member of the British "Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors" (RICS) and last year earned the title FRICS (Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Among the typical projects he has participated in are the preparation for the revitalization of the Slovanský dům complex and the so-called "Technology Park" in Prague, as well as the Vaňkovka complex in Brno. He also analyzes the structure and possibilities for the use of real estate, including a project for Prague's Ruzyne Airport.

You may have heard one of his lectures at the 2010 Urbanism Inventory organized by ČVUT. If you missed it, then you now have another opportunity with offcity…

Admission: 50 CZK

Organized by the Terra Madoda association in cooperation with Divadlo 29 as part of the OFFCITY 2011 project. This project is realized with the support of the statutory city of Pardubice, the Czech Architecture Foundation, and the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.
