The continuation of the third year of lectures in the offcity project will again be non-architectural. During her lecture, Kateřina Šedá will reveal the layers of the city that she works with in her artistic projects.

Kateřina Šedá is a prominent figure in the contemporary art scene. In 2005, she received the Jindřich Chalupecký Award for the project "It's All the Same." She creates social happenings, games
and projects that engage dozens or hundreds of people. These events take place in completely non-artistic environments, uncovering human relationships, pulling participants out of entrenched stereotypes, social isolation... Her work is valued both at home and abroad, as evidenced by the numerous international exhibitions and artistic residencies. Based on grants, she has worked in Stockholm, New York, Bern, and Berlin.
