The Circle invites you to the spring cycle of lectures “Architects”, featuring a number of outstanding Czech and international female architects who will present their projects and current trends in contemporary architecture.

Corso at the Trade Fair Palace

The opening evening will showcase active local female architects of the young and middle generations as well as those engaged in promoting architecture to the public. They will take turns giving short presentations about their current intentions, visions, or ideas. The following have confirmed their attendance: Kamila Amblerová (architect), Karolína Jirkalová (journalist), Andrea Lhotáková (photographer), Zuzana Morávková (architect and editor-in-chief), Žofie Rajmanová (architect), Jitka Ressová (architect), Šárka Sodomková (architect and educator), Barbora Šimonová and Markéta Mráčková (architect and artist), Maria Topolčanská (architect and theorist), Kateřina Vídenová (architect and councilor). The evening will also serve as an opportunity for meeting and celebrating 15 years of the Circle project. The first lecture of the Circle took place on the first Thursday of March in 2001, presented by Martin Rajniš. He will introduce the evening together with the founder of the Circle, Marcela Steinbachová.
