Theme: Rental housing
Preamble: In a time when we are able to build a family house in one summer and then control it via mobile from the other side of the globe, so-called affordable housing is becoming increasingly inaccessible for a significant part of society. Can we as architects offer solutions that make decision-making easier for politicians? Can a greater supply of rental housing help the situation? Can rental housing truly be affordable?
