Jury's assessment:
The winning project addresses the issue of low-cost rental housing in a city that has become a victim of mass tourism, and whose authenticity is fading under the clatter of high heels during the evening promenade. While the life of ordinary residents has been lost behind the curtain of chimney cake clouds, Český Krumlov has become uninhabitable. The project for communal living for seniors and young families brings the city back to its inhabitants and offers an interesting alternative for affordable housing across generations.
