Young Architect Award 2017 - Call for Participation

Take the chance and fight for prizes in the competition for students and architects up to 33 years old. Submit your proposal for revitalizing the periphery within or on the outskirts of towns and municipalities. The expert jury, consisting of Petr Stolín, Zdeňka Vydrová, Jiří Opočenský, David Mareš, and Josef Pechar, will evaluate based on the choice of topic, conceptual and contextual solutions, the quality of architectural/urban solutions, contributions to the quality of the environment, sustainability, innovativeness, and originality of the work.
This year's novelty is the CEMEX Award to support authors presenting innovative solutions in the field of concrete structures and materials. There will also be a public vote and a traveling exhibition of the best works! Online registration and more information at www.yaa.cz. The announcement of results will precede a lecture by the Mexican architect Alberto Kalach, followed by a discussion led by Adam Gebrian.
