Two years of negotiations with the French developer Serie Flex have borne fruit in the form of a long-term cooperation agreement. KOMA modules successfully passed the complicated product certification for the French market for permanent modular buildings, so there is nothing now standing in the way of this collaboration.

The first result of this cooperation is the delivery of a solidarity modular hotel. This project is a milestone for KOMA in several ways. For the first time, KOMA has delivered a four-story modular building, built a playground on the roof, and the entire building is made up of 11-meter-long modules. The whole structure consists of a total of 224 large-space modules. The facade features a combination of various types of facades that together create an interesting design impression. The architects combined white polycarbonate DANPALON panels with wooden thermally treated SILVERWOOD cladding, multi-colored irregularly painted vertically wavy sheet metal, and irregularly wavy CADENCE sheet metal in ivory color. The facade was supplied by KOMA FACADE, a sister organization belonging to the KOMA FAMILY group. The hotel has attracted attention from Parisian media, and just before completion, the progress of construction was checked by Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo. The hotel was handed over for use in January.

On the ground floor of the hotel, in addition to the rooms, there are social rooms and offices for hotel management. A playground is located on the roof, which will serve both hotel residents and the public. The hotel's capacity is for 300 people. The hotel consists of two separate buildings that create an atrium, where space for social and sports activities is planned.

The investor is the multinational humanitarian organization Aurore, which helps homeless people reintegrate into social life.
