The Schüco VentoFrame Asonic system offers healthy air and sound insulation, all in an unobtrusive design from both inside and outside.
Schüco VentoFrame Asonic is a new window ventilation system that combines the intake of fresh air from outside and a high level of acoustic comfort. Effective air exchange helps maintain high air quality, ensures a healthy indoor climate, and protects the building's structural materials. During operation, this ventilation system achieves excellent sound insulation values of up to 42 dB, creating a pleasant environment for living and working. Due to its unobtrusive appearance and the possibility of flexible installation, the Schüco VentoFrame Asonic system can be mounted in both new and renovated residential and commercial buildings. The compact attachment is easy and quick to install. The VentoFrame Asonic system was created by Schüco in collaboration with Renson.
Schüco VentoFrame Asonic is a special supplementary fan designed for Schüco aluminum windows. Its perfectly sealing design is made from noise-damping materials. The volume of the air flow is controlled by a built-in self-regulating damper, which helps prevent drafts and energy losses. Additionally, the user can manually regulate the air flow by opening or closing the internal damper. The insulating layer then prevents thermal bridging, thereby preventing condensation of moisture as well as thermal losses during heat transfer. Schüco VentoFrame Asonic can be combined with an exhaust system to ensure even better air quality throughout the living space. The color of the ventilation system can be matched to the windows, as a wide range of RAL shades and anodized colors are available. The system is supplied as an airtight attachment that exactly corresponds to the window dimensions, allowing for quick and easy installation.
One system, two versions
The new ventilation system is offered in Air and Comfort variants, depending on individual customer requirements. The VentoFrame Asonic Air system is configured for cross ventilation and achieves an air flow of up to 79 m³/h for each meter of fan length. The Comfort variant offers sound insulation of up to 42 dB and even greater comfort due to the built-in self-regulating external damper with a mechanism that prevents backflow. Combined with an exhaust system, energy losses are minimized and the operation of the fan is also highly efficient. In high-rise buildings and in areas with extreme weather, both variants can be equipped with a protective strip for better waterproofing.
