The basis consists of perfectly matched system properties: the flush-integrated internal appearance of the sash profile and minimized sealing widths, maximum transparency provided by the slim visible widths of the profiles from both inside and outside, harmonized visible widths in the fixed field and opening element to create a uniform image of the frame. In addition, the Schüco AWS 75 PD.SI Panorama Design window system boasts invisible drainage and a clean design defined by narrow profiles. The solution also includes the attachment of special lockable handles without rosettes. The window structure offers resistance to break-in up to class RC 2.

One of the first buildings with the new Schüco AWS 75 PD.SI Panorama Design windows is the new headquarters of the Roschmann Group (www.roschmann.group). The twelve-story glass high-rise building in Gersthofen on the A8 highway can be seen from kilometers away. Inside, its transparent double-skin facade offers an impressive panoramic view of Augsburg and the Alps. The investor's aim was to minimize the disruption of this exceptional view, so for the completely glass construction without columns, they chose an opening element with minimal visible width for both the internal and external profiles. "The Panorama Design window from Schüco was a clear choice due to many advantages, especially energy efficiency," explains Carolin Roschmann's decision for this solution. The outer frame was modified by Roschmann so that it appears to "float" in the surrounding insulating glass. The window sashes in the transparent facade thus stand out with an attractive and slim visible width, emphasizing the modern architectural design of the high-rise building. The new landmark of Gersthofen was designed by the architectural office Wunderle + Partner Architekten in close collaboration with the facade manufacturer.

The adhesive bonding process using tape is simple, efficient, and reliable, occurring without any delays and utilizing standard insulating glass. Processing is exceptionally efficient due to the integration of functions, such as a corner piece with integrated drainage. An important technological element that makes it possible to combine high glass weight with minimal visible width is the use of stainless steel corner brackets.
