Architect Jan Jehlík began his career as a designer at the Ústí Stavoprojekt, went through private practice and served as the chief architect of the city of Ústí nad Labem. His notable works include the manufacturing hall of Materialise in Ústí nad Labem and a family house in Přerov nad Labem. Currently, he serves as the head of the Institute of Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture of Czech Technical University, where he teaches the course "Urbanism IV - Design" and leads an urban design studio. His works are published in both Czech and international professional journals.
Organized by the non-profit organization Terra Madoda in cooperation with Divadlo 29 as part of the OFFCITY 2010 project. This project is implemented with the support of the statutory city of Pardubice and the Czech Architecture Foundation.
