Pardubice - The luxury villa built by entrepreneur Miloš Holeček in the park Na Špici in Pardubice is unlikely to be legalized. The house stands without a building permit on land that is not designated for construction. And there are no plans for a change in the zoning plan. This was stated by the city's mayor, Štěpánka Fraňková (Association for Pardubice), at a press conference. "The chairpeople of the representative clubs have discussed this topic, and we have no information that anyone would want to present a proposal for a change in the zoning plan at the council. Therefore, we will proceed according to the law," said Fraňková. This means one thing - the villa should disappear from the land, which is partly classified as recreational greenery. According to the city management, a large part of the representatives approves of the city's approach. The proposal for a change in the zoning plan could still make it to the council's agenda, but it would probably not help Holeček anyway. According to the mayor's deputy, Martin Bílek, the process of changing the zoning plan is lengthy and takes a minimum of one year, which is too short a time since the highest administrative court has already ruled on the demolition of the villa, and the entrepreneur has a deadline for the removal of the building. If the builder does not comply with the order, the city must enforce the demolition by law. The demolition will be preceded by the preparation of a project for the demolition work, including the budget. The costs of this enforcement will be borne by the villa's owners. Miloš Holeček built the villa without a building permit in the Na Ležánkách area near the confluence of the Elbe and Chrudimka rivers. Part of his land is marked in the Pardubice zoning plan as recreational greenery. Therefore, the city could not issue a building permit. The house is valued at about ten million crowns.
