Holeček's villa in Pardubice
Pardubice - The Supreme Administrative Court did not postpone the demolition of the villa of Pardubice entrepreneur Miloš Holeček. The luxurious villa was built without a building permit on a land that is not designated for construction according to the zoning plan. The entrepreneur filed a cassation complaint with the administrative court, which has not yet made a decision but did not grant a suspensive effect. Mayor of Pardubice Štěpánka Fraňková (Association for Pardubice) mentioned this at today's council meeting. The city's building authority is now obliged to proceed with the execution.

The removal of the building was decided by the building authority of the Pardubice city district I. Miloš Holeček contested this decision with an administrative lawsuit at the regional court, but was unsuccessful. The building authority's decision has been in effect since May of last year, and the Holeček couple was supposed to remove the structure by around mid-January of this year.
"The Holeček couple will be requested to remove the building by an alternative date. If they do not do so, our building authority will take appropriate steps to remove it, in accordance with the law," said the head of the building authority Jiří Vopršal.
The deadline for the removal of the building will be approximately six months. If the builder fails to comply with the order, the city must carry out the execution by law. The demolition will be preceded by the preparation of a project, demolition work, including the budget. The costs of this execution will be borne by the villa owners.
Miloš Holeček built the villa without a building permit in the area of Na Ležánkách near the confluence of the Elbe and Chrudimka rivers. Part of his land is marked as recreational greenery in the Pardubice zoning plan. Therefore, the city could not issue a building permit. The house is valued at approximately ten million crowns.
