Mnichovo Hradiště has announced a tender for the preparation of two territorial studies of public spaces in the residential areas of Jaselská and Poříčská. The aim of both documents is to provide a detailed proposal for revitalization, including a revision of the spatial layout of communication and recreational areas, vegetation, furniture, and other elements based on current needs. Applicants can submit a proposal for the preparation of one or both studies for the specified locations.
The city expects close cooperation with the selected processors of the territorial studies during the formulation of the own assignment, which will, among other things, be based on participation with all those who have an interest in the future form of public spaces. The design section will be preceded by the preparation of the necessary project documentation and a complementary analysis of the area. The design section will be presented to the public in the conceptual phase, and final completion is anticipated for the Jaselská estate in January and for the Poříčská locality in February 2018. Both documents will serve as a basis for further project phases aimed at the gradual realization of the proposal.
The main qualification requirement for applicants is at least one territorial study of a similar nature and scope, which is registered in the planning activity records at the time of submitting the proposal for this public contract. The evaluation criteria for selecting the processors are the bid price with a weight of 35%, the description of the method of project execution with a weight of 30%, and the composition of the working team with a weight of 35%. Proposals can be submitted until Monday, February 27, 2017, at 10:00 AM.

Complete information and documents are available on the city's website.
