Mnichovo Hradiště has adjusted the qualification conditions for the selection procedure for the processor of two territorial studies of public spaces in residential areas Jaselská and Poříčská by means of additional information. Compared to the original wording, the required reference study of a similar nature and scope no longer needs to be included in the record of territorial planning activities.
The aim of both documents is a detailed proposal for revitalization, including a review of the spatial arrangement of communication and recreational areas, vegetation, furniture, and other elements based on current needs. Applicants may submit a proposal for the preparation of either one or both studies for the specified locations.
The city anticipates close cooperation with the selected processors of territorial studies already during the formulation of the assignment itself, which will be based, among other things, on participation from all those interested in the future form of public spaces. The proposal part will be preceded by the preparation of necessary project materials and complementary analysis of the area. The conceptual proposal will be presented to the public, and final completion is expected for the Jaselská residential area in January and for the Poříčská location in February 2018. Both documents will serve as a basis for further project phases, aimed at the gradual implementation of the proposal.
The main qualification requirement for applicants is at least one territorial study of similar nature and scope that is included in the record of territorial planning activities at the time of submitting the proposal for this public contract. The evaluation criteria for the selection of processors are the offered price with a weight of 35%, the description of the implementation method of the contract with a weight of 30%, and the composition of the working team with a weight of 35%. Proposals can be submitted until Monday, February 27, 2017, at 10:00 AM.
