Prague - The company KKCG Real Estate from the group of businessman Karel Komárek will build offices and shops above the new Bořislavka metro station for two billion crowns. The long-delayed administrative and commercial Center Bořislavka aims to be completed in the second quarter of 2017. The project in Prague 6, at the intersection of Evropská, Liberijská, and Horoměřická streets, with a view of Prague Castle, will offer 24,000 m² of office space and 10,000 m² of shops, including restaurants and cafés. According to the company, the four office buildings are designed in irregular natural shapes - crystals - and are integrated into the lower part of the structure with retail spaces. "The resulting urban scheme allows public permeability through the development. It offers a range of spaces that, together with the buildings, will serve the surrounding residential neighborhoods as a social and commercial center and provide companies with a representative headquarters," said Otto Koval, the commercial director of KKCG Real Estate. The individual buildings will be set in terraced gardens, and a small square with the atmosphere of a piazzetta will be created at the entrance level to the metro, offering a view of the Prague panorama. The project is designed by the Prague studio Aulík Fišer Architekti.
