Family House Dobeška

The existing half of the duplex from the turn of the century has been renovated from the ground up according to its original form. On the side facing the garden, a glass studio with a natural stone base was created in 1993. Its flat roof serves as a terrace across its entire surface, offering a panoramic view of the city. The size of the plot did not allow for garden architecture in the traditional sense, so the outdoor spaces are conceived more as part of the house, lacking only a roof. A stone wall surrounds the garden, which integrates lighting, features a long water reservoir, and in the lower corner, a large dark table.
In 2008, the house was converted from a studio to a residence.
