Schüco will present a new plastic system for windows and doors at the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE trade fair in Nuremberg

Everything related to windows, doors, and façades can be seen from March 16 to 19, 2016, in Nuremberg at the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE fair. The exhibition space of about 100,000 m2 will offer products and innovations developed with an emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency, safety, comfort, and design. Booth number 403 in Hall 7 will this year feature plastic and aluminum windows, doors, and sliding systems from the German brand Schüco. The newly established subsidiary Schüco Polymer Technologies KG will present a new plastic window and door system that stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and flexibility in processing.

The strategically important division of plastic systems at Schüco will, as of January 1, 2016, develop its activities independently of the Schüco International KG business group. In the future, the fully-owned subsidiary Schüco Polymer Technologies KG based in Weißenfels, Germany, will take care of expanding its portfolio of plastic windows and doors.

At the center of attention in the booth, the cube-shaped exhibition will showcase the aforementioned new plastic system with a presentation of various installation options and benefits for users, particularly attractive design, safety, energy efficiency, and comfortable use. The construction with a building depth of 82 mm is technically convincing due to its simplicity, efficiency, and flexibility in the production of windows and doors. Processors will also be appealed to by the innovative sealing technology and the extensive range of connectable and additional profiles. Another advantage of the thoughtful design is its low storage requirement. The energy efficiency requirement is met by a high level of thermal insulation, which can be ensured to passive house standards upon customer request. The resulting profile, compatible with the exclusive technology of metallic surfaces Schüco AutomotiveFinish, is a perfect solution for energy-efficient construction using plastic windows and doors.

In addition to the main part of the presentation, the spaces of the Schüco Polymer Technologies KG booth will be dedicated to topics such as fittings and ventilation technology, surface finishing, and machine technologies. Visitors will also see the highly thermally insulated profile Schüco Alu Inside Nordic, specially developed for the Scandinavian market, which will offer the typical appearance of Nordic wooden windows.
