Blue acoustic systems by Rigips have already established their place in homes and commercial spaces. Gypsum board systems with a special panel significantly reduce noise from other rooms or neighboring apartments. The latest innovation on the market is the blue acoustic panel for every humid environment. The new panel combines three construction requirements in one product – acoustics, fire resistance, and impregnation for humid environments.
Acoustic drywall constructions are used in new buildings as well as during renovations.
Until now, it was not possible to use them in areas with increased humidity. However, with the new board, this barrier has fallen. The acoustic drywall board is already impregnated at the factory, so it can withstand humidity without fear of mold. Using blue acoustic systems, it is now possible to create a quiet retreat even from the bathroom. At the same time, this solution also reduces the noise level that emanates from the bathroom, for example during children's play.

The blue acoustic drywall board is manufactured according to a special recipe. It has a suitably chosen core density made of modified gypsum crystalline structure with specific damping properties. Thanks to its unique composition, the board achieves high acoustic qualities. Even in its basic version, it is supplied with fire-resistant treatment, making it suitable for constructions that require fire resistance.

This means that the latest innovation contains all the necessary properties for the installation of constructions without any limitations. The building board combines acoustic properties, fire resistance, and impregnation for humid environments.

The acoustic board is used for the installation of drywall constructions for internal and inter-apartment partitions, ceilings, and false walls in the interiors of apartments, family houses, and commercial spaces. Constructions that will use the blue acoustic impregnated board can also be built in humid areas.
The blue acoustic fire-resistant impregnated board MAI (DFH2) is supplied in a thickness of 12.5 mm and a length of 2,000 mm.
