House MA in Superstudio

The pair of objects "MA" represents both the contrast of historical and contemporary architecture, as well as their possible harmony.
It shows that new progressive building methods, if not trivial, can legally coexist with construction methods verified by history. The company JANOŠÍK WINDOWS-DOORS embodies both methods, where such an obvious product as a window begins to be a glimpse into the future. The exhibition is presented by the architect Zdeněk Fránek, who is also the designer of the RAND 2.0 windows.
The MA exhibition perfectly characterizes the company's product range, not relying on ordinary windows. On one side are replicas of reveal windows, while on the other end are the design windows RAND 2.0.

From another perspective, object A represents the tradition of the company, which dates back to before 1926, as well as Wallachia, where we manufacture windows and doors in its heart. Object M signifies innovation and development. In manufacturing, this is a combination of knowledge from old carpentry masters with 21st-century technologies.

In the case of flipping the objects upside down, they fit perfectly into each other, creating one perfect contrasting whole.

The exhibition can be seen as part of Designblok at Superstudio, the right wing of the exhibition palace until Tuesday, October 27, 2015.
