House like a convertible – including electric control

At the prestigious BAU 2015 fair in Munich, the Czech manufacturer Solara presented a new series of sliding roof glazing PERSPEKTIV. The angled sliding roof doors Solara PERSPEKTIV enable comfortable access to the roof terrace. They are a design and unique large-scale glazing that can create an embedded roof balcony even in a simple sloping roof. By installing this product, a unique illuminated space is created in the attic. It differs from the basic sliding roof glazing Solara PERSPEKTIV by its angle and vertical part.

The sliding roof doors from the Solara PERSPEKTIV series are custom-made. The entire glazing areas slide over the roofing or over a fixed glass section - transforming the house into a convertible.

The sliding system developed for demanding climatic conditions of roofs is made of stainless steel and yacht bearings. It allows easy and smooth sliding even for large and weather-exposed products. The roof glazing made of solid wood is equipped with high-quality built-in fittings from Siegenia Aubi, with the composition of glasses and shading being addressed by the manufacturer individually. All popular materials for external cladding are available, ranging from Rheinzink, copper, Prefa to double-coated aluminum sheets. Electric control, including connection to smart home management and rain and wind sensors, is part of the offer, underlining the luxurious level of the new product.
