Solara, s. r. o.

Exceptional Solara roof window with truly large sliding surfaces. The design, triple glazing, smart shading, and the solution for sliding parts are the result of consultations between Solara and the owner-architect.

"... today we opened the windows for the first time, and it's amazing. Until now, we only sensed what it would be like, but it's fantastic!"
writes the owner about his new Solara sliding window system, a completely Czech product that frequently appears on the roofs of Munich, Berlin, and Vienna. "We are glad to have been part of this exceptional project."

The Solara PRESPEKTIV sliding roof glazing connects the attic with the outside world above the roofs and opens up the space in a unique way. Large glazing areas can be moved aside above the fixed glass sections, transforming the apartment into an exclusive outdoor seating area above the rooftops.

After the glazing is slid open, it is easy to step out onto the outdoor terrace, significantly expanding the usable space of the attic apartment.
The stainless steel sliding system on yacht bearings allows for easy manual operation even with such large window leaf areas. An ecological and sensible approach to the production of roof glazing is particularly evident in the main material of the profiles - pine wood sourced from the region.

The Solara PRESPEKTIV sliding roof glazing is indeed large and at the same time energy-efficient roof window. Triple-glazed units with excellent thermal insulation properties address winter cold and (currently unfinished) external shading of the terrace from summer heat with textile "butterflies."
The entire project was meticulously planned in detail with the owner of the attic and the architect in one person, ensuring mutual satisfaction with the result.

A roof like a convertible with the Solara PERSPEKTIV sliding roof glazing - a smart and well-thought-out solution.
