Under the collective name Reflections, the Belgian brand Delta Light presented three new collections of lights in expressive shapes at the Interieur Biennale in Kortrijk. The first collection, Soiree, plays with thin lines, the Miles collection combines glass and metal, and the Mello collection resembles fragile bubbles.
Delta Light is primarily known for its technical and architectural lighting, which architects love to use in various projects. To also offer modern decorative lighting, they presented three new collections that bring an attractive element to the Delta Light collection with their imaginative shapes, thus completing a cohesive lighting range.
Delicate Lines of the Soiree Lights
The Soiree collection combines lightness and transparency. The designers drew inspiration from simple shapes, forming lampshades that are evenly distributed around the light source like receding lines. The opal light source or the exposed bulb combined with a delicately adorned lampshade in black or gold serves as a striking decoration for interiors. Soiree was designed as both a pendant and wall light.
4 Shapes of Glass Lights Miles
The second collection of lights is Miles, which features four shapes of handcrafted lampshades that combine tinted glass in four colors with a black or gold socket. By mixing differently colored glasses and shades, an effective grouping of lights can be achieved. Miles is available in an LED version or a design version with exposed filaments.
Etherial Beauty of Mello
The third collection, called Mello, is also made of glass and evokes delicate glass bubbles with its shape. It combines soft classical forms with subtly designed mounts and modern light sources, again offering a choice between bulb and LED versions. The pendant lights are designed in several different shapes and shades of glass, ranging from soft pink to smoky gray.
