BETONEPOX SOFT® at the Church of the Holy Family

The cool timeless beauty, modern design, and unique appearance merge with the generous decoration of the church. What a remarkable combination, what a stunning result. We are proud that our company NĚMEC LUXURY SURFACES, along with the prominent architect Josef Pleskot, could be involved in the completely exceptional reconstruction of the Church of the Holy Family in České Budějovice. During the reconstruction of the church, a new generation of BETONEPOX SOFT® technology was used – a smooth and hard epoxy coating that is unique for its marbled pattern.

The so-called "resurrection" of the Budějovice church adjacent to the Bishop's Gymnasium began in 2011. Thanks to the diligence of students, architect Josef Pleskot, and priest Josef Prokeš, the Church of the Holy Family is becoming a new spiritual space that will serve the public for cultural events as well as a venue for lectures from the Academy of Sciences and the University of South Bohemia. The building has maintained its religious character while also preserving the public space that serves not only students from the entire city but, with its restored interior and program, aims to appeal to a wider audience.
