This time we welcome Ondřej Hojda, a historian and theorist of architecture and art, to the Serius bookstore. Ondřej Hojda studied the history of art at Charles University in Prague and Arts et langages at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris; he has also studied and worked in Geneva, Oslo, and most extensively in Berlin. In his theoretical works, he focuses on 20th and 21st-century architecture, urbanism, and art, particularly the diverse aspects of modernism; European and Japanese architecture and environmental contexts. He publishes in both academic and non-academic media. He currently teaches at FUA TUL. The book he will present focuses on the World Expo in Osaka 1970. You can find out more about it in the video.
