The design for the new headquarters of the Brno Philharmonic won a public architectural competition. The Czech Architecture Award 2016 was awarded to "Three Towers," original insulation projects for municipal buildings in Líbeznice. The local community center nicknamed "Dřevák" also made it to the shortlist of the same award. In Líbeznice, a Central Bohemian village that is becoming almost as famous for its modern architecture as the town of Litomyšl, Jan Hájek fulfills the role of unofficial chief architect. A fresh success has also been recorded by the Dukla boatyard in Prague. And what about Olomouc?
