In Prague, the 30th edition of the For Arch construction fair starts today

Prague - The 30th edition of the international construction fair For Arch starts today in Prague's Letňany. It will feature 876 exhibitors from 17 countries, with 90 percent from the Czech Republic. The individual exhibits concern heating, construction, electrical engineering, security, wooden buildings, but also wellness, for example. The fair will end on Saturday, September 21.

One of the topics of the individual conferences will be the digitization of construction. At today's Technology Forum conference, for example, the Minister for Regional Development Klára Dostálová (for ANO), the president of the Czech Construction Entrepreneurs Association Jiří Nouza, and the chairman of the Czech Union of Towns and Municipalities František Lukl will speak.

Czech construction is currently thriving, growing for the third consecutive year after a prolonged crisis. Over the past two years, the revenues of domestic construction companies have increased by almost a fifth, according to data from the Czech Statistical Office, and analysts expect a further growth of about five percent this year. Compared to the pre-crisis year of 2008, they were eight percent lower last year.
