In Žižkovská Viktorie, a building with apartments and offices will be built

Prague - Near the football stadium of the Žižkov Viktoria in Prague, a multifunctional building with apartments, offices, and shops will be built. Work is expected to begin within two years. Completion is scheduled for 2018. Daniel Donoval from CTR group stated this in response to a query from ČTK today. The construction, costing 800 million crowns, is being prepared by its subsidiary Viktoria Žižkov, in which the city district of Prague 3 held a stake until recently.
    The building will be located on nearly a hectare of unused land between Seifertova and Krásova streets. A total of 189 apartments will be created, many with views of Hradčany. Approximately 4500 square meters will be dedicated to commercial spaces, primarily offices. The plan includes 240 underground parking spaces, a supermarket, a restaurant, a café, a pharmacy, and a bank branch.
    The Žižkov city hall invested land into the project called Viktoria Žižkov Center years ago. At the end of last year, the councilors decided to sell the shares in Viktoria Žižkov. An amount of 93 million crowns was added to the city treasury in exchange. The football club Viktoria Žižkov also held a stake in the company.
    This year, the project is expected to obtain a building permit. Next year, the investor will begin sales.
