Slovak architecture in film

Current successful films about Slovak architecture from Friday to Sunday with a rich accompanying program. The three-day event will present the successful series Icons, which showcases architects of remarkable buildings that shaped post-war Slovakia and still create the unmistakable face of some cities. The series will be complemented by the poetic essay Lines capturing the changing Bratislava, where the old clashes with the new. Intimate portraits show the lives of the current residents of this city and capture the advantages and disadvantages of rapid transformation. The accompanying program will offer discussions with creators, a Friday music performance by DJ Stroon, and a workshop for little architects with the Totemo construction set.
The event is held in collaboration with the Film and Architecture Festival and KineDok.
