"Now, if we agree on the price with the competition winner, we will sign a contract in a negotiation procedure without publication for the preparation of the project documentation. According to him, the residents of Kohoutovice are eagerly awaiting the new construction. "Today, the town hall is located in the old development and is sometimes difficult to access in winter. We don't even have a place to hold cultural events. The building will also include two floors of parking spaces," Šafařík stated.
