The Pink Street is located in the historic center of Litomyšl. The addressed gap borders on Umrlčí Street and opens up to Šantovo Square with a direct view of the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. It is the presence of the sacred building that gives the entire square a special atmosphere.

SPACE – VARIABILITY – TRANSFORMATION/CHANGE – CHANGE NOT WITHIN THE SPACE – CHANGE BY A CERTAIN FACTOR - INFLUENCE OF TIME/HUMAN FACTOR – LEFT MARKS – ACCUMULATION

I propose a columbarium for the gap. I occupy the entire area of the gap, with the main part of the columbarium located underground. The above-ground part is freely passable, it should not hinder the free movement of people, only indicate that something is located below.
The underground part is a space serving the needs of the columbarium. Stone niches with urns are added over time.
The structure closes in on itself, light comes only through an opening in the ground.
Materials: steel sheet, concrete; niches: polished granite
