The highway connects: Presentation by Gehl Architects

In recent months, the Danish office Gehl Architects has been working on the project to transform the North-South Boulevard. Come and hear what the Danes recommend for Prague! The completed concept will be presented by architect Henriette Vamberg, Executive Director of Gehl Architects.

Gehl Architects has participated in the transformations of public spaces in more than 250 cities and 50 countries around the world. Henriette Vamberg has been with Gehl Architects since 2000. During that time, she has led a number of projects for clients in both the private and public sectors. She has worked on the creation and transformation of public spaces in various cities across Europe, the USA, Australia, India, and Russia. Her work transcends the boundaries of architecture, urbanism, urban design, and landscape architecture.

The lecture will take place on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Building of the National Museum in the former Federal Assembly, Vinohradská 1, Prague 1. The language will be English, with no translation into Czech. Admission is free. A live stream will be provided from the event.
