Prague - Developer Karlín Group is preparing to build a rental apartment building for students in Prague - Holešovice. The apartment building, designed by architect Pavel Hnilička, is to have a capacity of over 500 beds. According to him, the investor is currently considering whether to sell the apartments to small investors or funds, or to enter the project as an owner and maintain a management position in partnership with a company specializing in the operation of student residences.

According to the company's director Jan Ludvík, the project is based on specific experiences from other countries and there is demand for it. Regarding the financing of the project, the developer has already negotiated with a bank that has financed a similar project in the Czech Republic. "And it has no problem funding this concept based on a standard construction loan for a development project," Ludvík told the server.
The building is to be located at the corner of Partyzánská and Na Zátorách streets. According to the server, the parcel is owned by a business partner of Karlín Group, who originally wanted to build an office building there. However, he reassessed his intention and requested collaboration with Karlín Group. If everything goes according to plan, the first students could be accommodated in the building in the winter semester of 2018.
Most rooms will be single rooms, and each room will have its own bathroom and kitchenette.
