Zdeněk Fránek: Figures - exhibition at GLS

The architect and university educator Zdeněk Fránek was born in Boskovice. After studying at the Faculty of Architecture of the VUT in Brno, he worked at the Office of the Chief Architect in Blansko, and in 1989 he founded the firm Fránek Architects. Currently, he is engaged in design, publishing, and teaching activities both at home and abroad.
The exhibition in our Ladislav Sutnar Gallery presents the personification of various objects, such as seeing houses, living trees, residential boulders, speaking plants, and other common things.
The curator of the exhibition is Jan Van Woensel.
