The concept of the design is based on the traditional urban form - a block in combination with a tower, as we find ourselves in the city of a hundred spires, Prague. At the same time, we work with the existing BigBoard and create harmony between horizontal and vertical mass. Through simple composition and only minor interventions in the container's construction, we aim to achieve a mobile and reusable form.
With the help of the so-called funnel, we encourage people from the street to visit the festival. By arranging the containers into a block, we create a central space of the area, the "marketplace," where the greatest social interaction among people occurs. This simple composition provides, with minimal interventions, the use of the interior space even in winter (simple roofing).
From the space of the internal courtyard, visitors open up further possibilities for exploration, both of the pavilion and the entire area. In different directions, they encounter different content and focus (zoning of the area).
