The National Gallery Prague organizes the national participation of the Czech Republic at the 18th Venice Biennale of Architecture (20.05.–20.11.2023). The current situation of the pavilion under reconstruction presents us with unanswered questions: What will be the goals of the Czech representation at the upcoming biennale? How to utilize the pavilion under reconstruction for a new perspective on the international exhibition? What are the innovative formats and themes? How to respond to the annual curatorial theme of the biennale?
Participants include Imro Vaško (educator, UMPRUM), Petra Hlaváčková (independent curator and critic, 4AM), Karolína Vránková (journalist, Respekt), Helena Huber-Doudová (curator, NGP). Moderation by Ivette Vašourková (architect, CCEA).
