Port Kratochvílovci

Nábřežní location, a blind arm of the Vltava River in the former harbor in Prague - Holešovice. A dynamically developing area where new buildings enter into dialogue with historical objects. A harbor atmosphere with everything that comes with it. On the ground floor, at the corner of one of the new buildings, right on the waterfront, there is a defined space - 130 m², where it is necessary to incorporate a number of requested functions - a shop for wines and noble distillates from around the world, an office with facilities, a tasting area, and storage.
A folded semi-wall in the middle of the room, a sculpture that divides the space into desired parts, formed by horizontal lines of shelves made of layered plywood veneered with light birch and bottles of distillates and wines. Along the wall with windows - benches, armchairs, and tables for tasting. A work table made from old oak planks and a black metal frame. Black walls, an uncovered concrete ceiling, a polished concrete floor, and industrial lighting.
All of this together = PORT KRATOCHVÍLOVCI – a showroom and company headquarters, a place where sales representatives invite their clients for tastings, a place that smells of the harbor, exotic wines, and spirits.
