Radovan Vacík decided to pursue a degree at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague after completing his studies at the Secondary School of Civil Engineering in České Budějovice. He graduated from there between 2004 and 2010, including a year of study at FAUP in Portugal. He subsequently became a co-founder of the MANUA studio, where he worked for five years. After the studio ceased operations, he became independent. His portfolio includes the realization of family homes, as well as apartment buildings and administrative buildings. As an opponent, he remains in contact with the younger generation of architects at the FA ČVUT and ARCHIP.
