The company TOP OFFICE equipped the new offices of the auditing firm KRESTON A&CE Group in Brno

With the project for KRESTON A&CE Group, we became finalists in the Meeting Room of the Year competition.

About the Project

In 2017, Kreston A&CE Group approached us with a request to create interior designs for the new headquarters in a modern administrative building in the center of Brno. We collaborated with the architectural studio KOGAA, which provided the design concept. The experience of our company and the creativity of the designers bore fruit.

Office Location

The new office spaces for the company, which operates in the field of legal auditing, are located on the top floor of the Rozmarýn administrative building, situated in the center of Brno near Moravské náměstí. The stunning view of the city and expansive terraces make this space one of the best offices in Brno.
 

Investor's Brief

Based on a thorough study of the company's work processes and the needs of individual departments, an office layout and space organization were proposed. One of the main tasks for the space was to maintain natural lighting and to divide the space in a way that adhered to the investor's brief, who desired modern and timeless offices.
 

Industrial Style

The overall industrial style and timeless design that the architectural company focused on is emphasized by the use of wood, raw concrete walls with transparent sections, and metal structures as the main materials. In the shared areas, the visibility of ventilation systems and cabling has also been left exposed.

Common Areas

Upon entering the company, the main feature is the Color reception and two meeting rooms behind glass partitions. The facilities with a cloakroom, archive, and small kitchens are separated by a metal cage, on which self-watering live plants are placed.


Another component is the shared kitchen with a dining area and a standing meeting table complemented by projection capabilities on a TV. These spaces were designed near the main entrance leading to a terrace, which is planned for the upcoming summer season and will include an outdoor BBQ zone, various meeting and relaxation areas, and a garden.


All this is complemented by a large meeting room and soft seating for informal meetings.

Open Space Offices

Most of the space is designed as open space offices, and thanks to the ARIES office furniture series on wire bases, the offices are very airy and modern. By placing cabinets above the desk setups, the offices also avoid a flat look and maximize the area for storing necessary work materials.


Storage solutions were like building with Lego thanks to the Choice system, and for this reason, conventional solutions with traditional cabinets do not appear in the offices. Cabinets can be stacked on top of each other or hung up.

Management Offices

The investor wished for management to have the same furniture design, but for the offices to look somewhat different. Again, thanks to the cabinet system and higher-end seating furniture, it was possible to sufficiently distinguish these offices while using the same type of furniture.

Conclusion

We submitted this realization to the Meeting Room of the Year competition, and the expert jury selected us as finalists in the competition. We also received recognition from the management of Kreston, both for the design phase and for the execution phase of the entire project.
