The residential building on Neuwaldegger 31 in Vienna combines residential and office units into shared spaces, thus creating a lively connection between residents and company employees. The four-story, 24-meter-high structure is between 14.5 and 17.5 meters wide, with a total floor area of 820 square meters, and is perfectly integrated among adjacent buildings due to its enclosed design. The architects achieved the concept of a smooth and unobtrusive transition by using PREFA roof and facade elements. The use of the new PREFA folded template visually reduced the building. Nevertheless, an airy space was created inside, ensuring that everyone here has enough room.
