Dekmetal – design facades

Dekmetal presents facades that are not only technically sophisticated but also meet the requirements for originality and uniqueness of each project. DEKMETAL facades have always been custom-made for each building, but now there is also the option for design perforations.

Thanks to a combination of technical specialists and modern machining equipment, it's possible to create your own original design. The rastering technology on a system of small geometric shapes allows for the creation of any pattern. Subsequently, this pattern is divided into individual visible elements that, when mounted on the facade, create the desired appearance.

These systems are used not only on facades but also in interiors.

Almost anything can be perforated. Simple shapes, natural motifs, geometric shapes, or photographs. Your visual is in your hands.

STEP 1
The only thing we will need from you is your design. Whether it is simple geometric shapes, a logo, an image, or a photograph, we can convert it onto your facade.



STEP 2
The submitted design will be processed and converted into small cutouts that together will create a simplified version of the original background. The entire pattern is transformed into a CAD file, which serves as the basis for production. Of course, we will send you this design for approval as a preview before production.



STEP 3
Once the preview is approved, the actual production begins. Thanks to the optimal combination of software and hardware, the entire process is very easy and fast. The result is perforated panels, where there can be a separate pattern on each panel or multiple panels can create one pattern.


Comprehensive technical support is, of course, provided during project preparation and implementation. The DEKMETAL facade is supplied as a complete package containing the visible and roofing elements, including the supporting framework. Technical support includes site measurement, assembly documentation with all details, and consulting throughout the construction process.

The company DEKMETAL s.r.o. will exhibit from January 14 to 19, 2019, at the Munich Construction Fair BAU. The booth will be in the spirit of "GOLDEN PRAGUE".
