DEKMETAL has a new unique production line for the manufacture of finishing profiles for flat roofs, facade systems, and other custom metal products, with lengths of up to 6 m.

The facade can be classically smooth and discreet thanks to panels, atypically profiled, artistically perforated, or even naturally corroding thanks to the specific Corten material.

Unique Curved Profiles DEKPROFILE FOR ARCHITECT
The special product series of trapezoidal profiles DEKPROFILE FOR ARCHITECT has been developed with an emphasis on the design of exclusive facades made from sheet profiles. These profiles fully replace standard trapezoidal sheets while also giving the building a distinctive character through unique shapes that can be personalized.
Perforated and Distinctive Facades
Visible elements can be perforated (both panels and profiles). Perforations can be of simple regular shapes, creating patterns, or even photographs. Through perforations, you can transform the facade into a unique work of art or simply cover an unsightly ventilation shaft without compromising its functionality. Perforations will also find great application in interiors as fresh partitions or design ceilings.
Natural Patina Steel Facades
Sheet claddings made from this material acquire a characteristic very impressive patina of natural rust within just one month after application. With its matte, rough surface, this material significantly differs from the appearance of other facade visible elements and is therefore very popular among architects. We also offer patina steel in a version that imitates this material.
Supporting Structure
The supporting structure is an integral part of the DEKMETAL facade system. The structure is fixed to the building's load-bearing construction and transfers loads not only from the visible elements and the structure itself but also from the effects of suction and wind pressure to the very load-bearing structure of the building.
Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the structure between its individual components, it is very easy to level the basic unevenness of the underlying construction, insulate the building while minimizing thermal bridges, and create the desired ventilated gap within the facade system structure.
