The Sun – our closest star, from which we draw light and heat, elementary prerequisites for life on Earth. The Sun is not only the source of all our life-giving force and energy but also of joy, optimism, and good mood. In summer, we delightfully bathe in its glow, and in winter, we eagerly stretch out and try to catch every single ray. It is no wonder that sunlight and warmth are huge topics when planning and decorating our homes. Especially in winter months, when it sometimes doesn't show up for whole weeks, we want to invite as much of it into our apartments and houses as possible – along with its warmth and natural light. Conversely, in summer, the saying that too much of anything is too much begins to apply – in the scorching summer heat, we are more likely to seek ways to prevent our apartments from overheating or to get rid of uncomfortable glare or reflections from sharp sunlight, for example, from the floor or from the windows of opposing houses. At that time, we like to reach for pleasant shading – and one option is the fabric roller blinds from the Czech company BEMATECH. With them, you can determine for yourself when and how much sunlight you allow to enter.

The story of BEMATECH began in the 1990s, and so the team of collaborators has gathered enough experience and inspiration over nearly thirty years of existence to achieve renown in their field, craftsmanship perfection, and even one world patent. "For our company's thirtieth anniversary, which we will celebrate in 2024, we gave ourselves a gift a bit earlier, but everyone is all the happier for it," smiles Bernard Mullie, the founder of the company. The exciting new product that BEMATECH is launching on the world market this year is a brand-new collection of designer prints for fabric roller blinds called FUSION.

"We did not choose the name FUSION by accident," explains Bernard Mullie. "The English term FUSION can be translated as merging – in our case, the merging of colors, patterns, and textures into one functional whole transferred onto the fabric of the blinds using the most modern printing technologies. The selection of fabrics for the FUSION collection meets the most demanding criteria for visual comfort and thermal comfort in the interior. Thanks to the choice of screen materials with an outer reflective layer, we can effectively influence the penetration of light and heat energy into the room. The visible inner side of the fabric can then be visually coordinated with the rest of the interior, with your preferences, or with your unique aesthetic sensibility," adds Bernard Mullie.

The FUSION collection gives architects and interior designers a choice of an incredible 220 original patterns. The design team at BEMATECH was inspired by the diversity of nature, unique cultures, and art when developing patterns for this collection. The designers worked with patterns, combining colors, shapes, and textures to create individual color groups from which you can now choose the most suitable design for you and your interior:

AMAZA

Inspired by the beauty of the calm sea and the soothing embrace of nature, the design group AMAZA captures the shades of gentle sea waves, most evident in the color group OCEAN.

LOOM

The LOOM pattern group pays tribute to traditional weaving techniques and celebrates perfect craftsmanship. LOOM works with a harmonious palette of colors, deep shades of gemstones, and elegant neutral colors.

GOBI

The mysterious GOBI desert consists not only of sand but mainly of exposed stones and rocks. The colors in this design group were inspired by the natural shades of sand and stone.

BALI

The island of BALI is surrounded by colorful coral reefs, its southern beaches boast radiantly white sand, while the northern and western parts have black sand. The patterns of this design group reflect not only these striking contrasting colors but also the lush vegetation, exotic fauna, and vibrant culture of this iconic island.

MONO

The MONO collection proudly embraces inspiration from minimalism and clean lines. It captivates with monochromatic tones, soft grays, and classic black-and-white combinations – simple and timeless elegance.

While the interior appearance of BEMATECH fabric roller blinds can be chosen from an almost inexhaustible array of the aforementioned colors and decors, the outer side of the screen fabrics is always white – ensuring it does not disrupt the uniform color appearance of the house from the outside; additionally, the white color minimizes the visibility of the interior from outside, thus ensuring a greater sense of privacy. All colors and patterns of the fabric roller blinds from the FUSION collection are applicable to any of the three types of BEMATECH fabric roller blinds, differing in the degree of permeability to light and curious glances from the surroundings: from the lightest transparent to shading to perfectly blackout blinds.

The new FUSION collection of fabric roller blinds represents a lovingly and carefully mixed cocktail of colors, patterns, decors, and inspiration from the beauties of nature and unique creations of human hands. Discover the perfect combination of decors and colors that aims to transform any interior into a comfortable and pleasant home. Browse through the brochure of the FUSION collection and be enchanted.
