ZOOMTECH®: Revolutionary technology for elegant shading of large-format windows

The independent development and research have enabled the Czech company Bematech to rank among the world's top manufacturers of fabric roller blinds. Thanks to the unique patent, ZOOMTECH® expanded the possibilities in the design of shading large glass surfaces, as even with the use of large fabric areas, a subtle rolling tube can be maintained. For a five-meter roller blind, the diameter can be as small as five centimeters, giving the rolling system a very minimalist appearance. "Without this technology, we would have to use a tube with a diameter of up to fifteen centimeters, or shade the area with a larger number of blinds, which would not look as clean from a design perspective," says Petr Kříž, Sales Director of Bematech.

Custom shading technology

Since the ZOOMTECH® blinds made their debut, their manufacturer has recorded a number of successful projects, and leading companies in the shading technology sector from the USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Japan, France, Germany, and the Netherlands have shown interest in collaboration. Bematech offers its customers a special collection of fabrics suitable for large-format shading technology – that is, fabrics that form a clean, flat, and continuous surface without the unwanted "V" effect. This is also prevented by the rolling tube not bending and remaining in a single plane. By using a shaft with a larger diameter (ZOOMTECH®78), the company can even produce roller blinds with an incredible width of seven meters, while maintaining all the required properties.

The manufacturer Bematech constantly monitors the latest trends in architecture, allowing it to offer solutions for almost any project to its customers. "It is important to realize that interior roller blinds shape your living space," explains Petr Kříž, listing their functions in the interior. In addition to regulating light radiation, it also limits heat transfer and partially noise from the external environment. At the same time, it serves as an element that fulfills a significant aesthetic function in the room. Therefore, Bematech also offers printed blinds, either as part of the latest FUSION collection or according to a custom design. Decorative covers Infinity collection with a variety of surface finishes are also available for the blinds, which complete their overall appearance down to the last detail.
