From January 1, 2024, we will be Heidelberg Materials

As the vast majority of countries where Heidelberg Materials operates, we, the companies you have known as members of the HeidelbergCement group (now Heidelberg Materials), will also join the new group policy – we will create a global brand and visually unite under the common logo of Heidelberg Materials.

The change to Heidelberg Materials is purely visual and is not the result of ownership changes. However, there will also be certain formal changes from January 1, 2024, in the cement business line. The business name (the name under which the company is registered in the commercial register) of Českomoravský cement, a.s. will change to Heidelberg Materials CZ, a.s.; other company identification details will remain unchanged.

As for other Heidelberg Materials companies in the Czech Republic (Českomoravský štěrk, a.s., PÍSKOVNY MORAVA spol. s r.o., TRANS-SERVIS, spol. s r.o., and companies from the Českomoravský beton group – Českomoravský beton, a.s., and its subsidiaries), their identification details remain unchanged, but starting next year they will operate under the Heidelberg Materials brand.

The logo is changing, we remain. We will continue to be your reliable supplier of essential construction materials – cement, concrete, and aggregates.
