New roofing – PREFA roofing panel R.16

Among this year's roofing novelties is the R.16 roofing panel from PREFA Aluminiumprodukte. It consists of high-quality and durable aluminum panels measuring 700x420 mm, with a thickness of 0.7 mm and a weight of only 2.5 kg/m². One panel weighs an incredible 0.73 kg. The panels are unbreakable, malleable, extremely stable, rust-resistant, and completely maintenance-free. They are laid on full boarding, on roofs starting from a slope of 17° without the use of clips. The installation is thus 10% faster than with traditional folded tiles. The R16 roofing panel is standardly supplied with a stucco surface, and a smooth variant can be provided upon request. Customers can choose from basic colors in the P.10 surface finish, which are resistant to UV radiation, varying temperatures, and weather conditions (available shades include: dark brown, anthracite, dark red, light gray, slate, brick red, moss green, and hazelnut). Basic accessories include snow hooks and a penetrative panel with a hole diameter of 80-120 mm, along with other standardized products from the manufacturer's offer, including a drainage system. The PREFA R.16 roofing panel also comes with a 40-year warranty.
