New folded template – for roof and façade

New roof and facade trayed tiles 44x44 combine the proven qualities of PREFA aluminum systems with the aesthetic purity of classic tile shapes. The maintenance-free aluminum roof and facade exude even more elegance and nobility with the help of new large-format elements (437x437 mm). Optically perfectly balanced and functionally reliable system meets the most demanding requirements of designers and investors. The unbreakable and rust-resistant tiles weigh only 2.6 kg/m² in the laid area. They are installed on solid sheathing or lath (for facade areas), on roofs with a slope of 12°, and without the use of pins. Integrated fastening rails on each element allow for quick and economical anchoring, which is faster than that of the classic tile size of 29x29. The 44x44 tiles are standardly supplied in stucco surface finish. The color variations of the very durable and UV-resistant paint P.10 are: dark brown, anthracite, dark red, light gray, slate, brick red, moss green, and nutty. Basic accessories include eaves/start tiles and ridge/end tiles, snow hooks, a penetration tile with an opening diameter of 80-120 mm at a roof slope of 15°-52°, and other standardized products from the manufacturer's offer, including the drainage system. A 40-year warranty is provided for the 44x44 roof and facade tile.
