Return of the springs

The Italian company MOVING is coming to the market with a new collection of executive chairs that are of very good level in terms of craftsmanship, quality, and design. Furthermore, they also bring new technical innovations and advancements that make these executive chairs a product that deserves your attention. The designs of the new chairs are based on the workshops of renowned architectural studios AMBOSTUDIO and AZCREATIONS.

The biggest innovation is the use of springs in the seats of the FORMA and ATTIVA chairs. These feature 72 individually encapsulated springs, which are completely encased in polyurethane foam. This technological procedure has achieved a very good level of ergonomics in the most stressed part of the chairs – the seat. For comparison, we present the measurement results of a seat with springs and one with polyurethane foam, conducted by the testing laboratory CATAS, measuring the pressure distribution in the seat.

These measurements clearly show the difference in the pressure applied and its absorption by the seat.

The backrest of all MOVING chairs is very comfortable for the following reasons:
The backrest is made of a flexible elastic mesh stretched in the chair's frame. This mesh can be used with additional upholstery, but also without it. These backs are used in the ATTIVA and ALIA chairs.

In the other models, which have upholstered backs, adaptability is achieved by stretching elastic straps into the metal frame of the chair. This modified frame is completely encased in polyurethane foam. Processing in this manner is unique in the chair market and achieves very good ergonomic and utility value.

Surely you have experienced a hard landing on a chair and know how it affects the spine. All MOVING chairs also have a solution for this – the STABILUS piston, which absorbs impacts even in the piston’s lower position! With MOVING chairs, you will no longer experience a hard landing on the seat, and your spine will no longer have to absorb unpleasant shocks.


Developers have tried to think of all the little details, and therefore MOVING chairs feature wheels that contain a gel ball in their core, which prevents noise caused by the wheels during the transport and transfer of chairs.
Synchronous mechanisms of the chairs in the basic offer are standard. These mechanisms are 5-position with anti-shock feature.
