Wooden floors by Mazzonetto from the BOCA range are a popular choice among our clients from the fields of architecture and design – whether for the quality of materials and workmanship, or for the almost limitless possibilities of combinations that can be created on the finished floor.

You can choose from 18 types of wood sourced from various corners of the world (elm, olive, maple, walnut, cherry, rosewood, and others). The quality of the wood is subjected to strict control, as the quality of the final product, which is the main concern of the manufacturer, naturally depends on the initial selection.

The dimensions and composition of the wooden planks vary from collection to collection – the top layer is most often 3-5 mm thick, and the overall thickness ranges from 10 to 20 mm. The width and length of the boards can also vary. The surface of the floorboards can be either untreated (a chosen finish can then be applied only after the entire floor has been installed) or finished with natural oil or matte or glossy lacquer. There are also several types of surface treatment to choose from – the wood can be smooth, planed, brushed, sawn… the options are many. It depends only on the customer for what spaces and purposes the floor will serve.

A separate chapter is dedicated to patterns – a classic example is the traditional herringbone, while a specialty includes various complex mosaics, contrastingly colored planks, or even inserting thin strips of different wood between selected planks. The people at Mazzonetto keep up with the times, continually updating the collection of patterns and materials so that they can be well combined with current trends in interior design.

We are, of course, happy to discuss all the investor's ideas in our BOCA showroom – our goal is always to select a floor that best serves its purpose while ensuring that its maintenance does not represent an unnecessary burden.
