In just a few days, the gates of Prague's Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice will open, and the WOODEN BUILDING SALON, the main accompanying program of the Wooden Buildings fair, will welcome its first guests.

This year, visitors will have a unique opportunity to admire 40 modern wooden buildings included in this project.
You will find works not only from the Czech Republic but also from Slovakia and Austria.

You shouldn't miss the lecture series by architects who will present their works from this year's Salon, MOZAIKA OF WOODEN BUILDINGS.

During the Friday afternoon (February 7), you will be able to familiarize yourself with the 14 most interesting projects of our renowned architects.

Saturday afternoon (February 8) will be reserved for foreign guests of the wooden building salon. Austrian architect Matthias Hein will share his experiences,

whose work is closely linked to the Vorarlberg region. Norwegian architect Geir Brendland will present the Nordic approach to wooden buildings in Norway.
Our closest neighbors, Slovakia, will be represented by Pavol Pokorný, who will focus on the topic of how the role of the architect is changing
and the perception of architecture in the context of the societal demand to build more energy-efficient and ecologically responsible.
