Isa Stürm: All Possible Kisses of Architecture (Los Super Elegantes II)
Stürm & Wolf create buildings and spaces for stunning cities on a beautiful planet! Their constructions of stone, steel, glass, and wood are seductive in both whole and detail, and elegantly, innovatively, and playfully collide with everyday reality.
Stürm & Wolf emphasize the sculptural and lyrical nature of construction, thus bringing a multilayeredness of different worlds to the building. Their architecture loves art. In their projects, which stimulate thoughts and ideas for the future, human senses are the focus. Isa Stürm will present recently completed projects as well as selected key works from the past in her lecture.
Isa Stürm was born in Paris, lives in Zurich, and studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. She worked there for Adolf Max Vogt, head of the Department of Theory and History of Architecture. Before starting to create with Urs Wolf in 1988, she collaborated with Santiago Calatrava, Jaques Herzog, and Pierre de Meuron.

Nathalie Rossetti – Rossetti + Wyss
Rossetti+Wyss Studio seeks a specific and unique approach when working on projects, respecting the fundamental needs of the environment, current technical possibilities, and both formal and informal project requirements. The conscious limitation of the elements used and the incidental relationship of material supports a natural and effortless appearance of the buildings.
The work of Rossetti+Wyss Studio is characterized by relaxation and directness, used to achieve significant sensory information about the construction site.
In her lecture, Nathalie Rossetti will talk about the work of the Studio and related aspects.
Nathalie Rossetti was born in 1970 in Naples. She studied at the Polytechnic in Zurich and obtained her degree under Professor Flora Ruchat in 1995. She collaborated with the studio of René Stoos in Brugg, the studio of Prof. H. E. Kramel at the Zurich Polytechnic, the studio of Bétrix & Consolascio Architects in Erlenbach, and with the studio of Sandra Giraudi at the USI University in Mendrisio. She was a co-head of the sports complex project in Zug, Switzerland. In 2000, she co-founded Rossetti + Wyss Architects.
She has served on the juries of various national and international architectural competitions and on the board of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects SIA. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Confederation of Swiss Architects (BSA).
